30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

OrganiCraft Solutions France offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all storage organizers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be in original condition with all components
• Include original packaging and documentation
• Not show signs of misuse or damage

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at returns@organicraftsolutions.fr
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label
4. Package item securely and attach return label
5. Drop off at designated courier location

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective products
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or models of storage organizers, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective storage organizer:

• Contact us immediately at defects@organicraftsolutions.fr
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We'll arrange for free return and replacement
• Full refund available if replacement is not desired

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-sized organizers made to order
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Products returned after 30-day period
